A hospital is being constructed and it will be called the Joy’s Hope Community Hospital. Wilson showed pictures of the various stages of construction. Along with the engineers there were many local people who laboured to complete the work. The bricks were made on site. For security there is a boundary fence. The hospital is fully equipped. The license to operate has been given. Staff quarters are being built. There is training for the nurses and the government will supply doctors as needed.
Next Meeting – September 14. President Don Lepp will update members on the upcoming Rotary year.
