DAVE SUNDBY acted as Sergeant at Arms .

He performed his sergeant duties and some happy and sad dollars were given . Then Dave opened up the meeting to ‘Rotary talks’

GARY EMDE started us off and he mentioned that he was introduced to Rotary by Ron Miller . He also gave a summary of real estate . Average prices are down from $ 252,000 to $ 326,000 in the last three years . There are lots of issues with condos as they are overbuilt.

MARK GRYBA was introduced to Rotary by his partners in his Dental Clinic . He knows that he has met many people through Rotary he would not otherwise have met . He is concerned about our dwindling numbers .

DAVE SUNDBY was brought to Rotary by Tim Cholowski at the same dealership . In 1999 when he joined there were about 100 members . He worked with the Treasurer early on and was later President . And then Assistant Governor for four years .

GARY RUSU joined in 1978 when we had 120 members . He thinks of the emphasis of Time, Talent, and Treasures . Some have time to give, skills, or money - we all chip in . He had twice a hiatus from Rotary, once when he was president of the Saskatoon Canoe Club, and another time when he was Church President . In service we need to cultivate like-mindedness .

JOANNE FISHER - Bill Edwards approached her bank and management encouraged her to join . She wants to get involved in a project known as ‘No More Drama’ for high school girls . She also sponsor a Ugandan girl through Joy’s Home of Hope

MIKE GIESBRECHT joined in 2010 through his cousin, Scott Byers . One of his first exposures was the RAP presentation with Winston and he was really inspired . He feels it is important to have different experiences . Some of the thing she has done include Ringing Bells, during for Adventures in Technology, dressing as a Clown to sell apples, and King George School .
